Conclusion
In conclusion, through King Kamehameha the Third's love and compassion, he provided his Native Hawaiian people with security. He provided land ownership to both natives and non-natives. He also set up a government that was like a democracy he did this through the Constitution of 1840. But he denied ten demands of the French this had a negitive consequence because it angered the French enough to invade and loot Honolulu. This research has helped me better understand King Kamehameha the Third, as he changed from a child into an adult, and as a civilian to a ruler. I see King Kamehameha the Third as a powerful, supreme, fair, compassionate, loving, generous, surprising, and patient ruler with a kind heart willing to help his Native Hawaiian people have saftey and security!
